Jamie Whitaker Campbell
Jamie Whitaker Campbell, founder of Living & Leading Coaching and Consulting, has two decades of experience coaching others in personal development, career, and leadership. She specializes in helping educational organizations strategically leverage their people by focusing on development and leadership effectiveness.
Authenticity and courage form the foundation of her coaching and consulting approach. Jamie partners with individuals and teams to succeed, empowering them to be guided by values, data, and clear priorities.
Jamie graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and has worked in higher education, retail, and corporate talent development. Jamie harnesses the skills and experiences gained in those professional spaces to help others #moveforward
Lorina Tamayo Schrauger
Lorina Tamayo Schrauger has over two decades of coaching and teaching experience in public speaking and communication. She has a collaborative approach, individualized to her clients, and aimed at developing and refining their personal speaking style.
Lorina specializes in cross cultural communication, honed during her time in Israel and by her gift for languages (including conversational Arabic). Her commitment to identifying how cultural context shapes and informs communication patterns makes her work with teams a unique opportunity to develop a more inclusive environment.
Lorina has served as an adjunct faculty member at Auburn University at Montgomery (AL), Point Loma Nazarene University (San Diego, CA), Biola University (La Mirada, CA), and as a speech coach for University of West Florida.
Dorothy Alston Calley
Dorothy possesses almost two decades of teaching and training experience. Her expertise lies in diversity training and intercultural competence instruction. In her diversity work, Dorothy builds bridges between disparate groups and is clearly able to communicate the need for ethnic and gender diversity at white institutions. To develop intercultural understanding, Dorothy utilizes her extensive knowledge of interpersonal communication and relationship development.
Dorothy has a master’s degree in Social Justice and Intercultural Relations with an emphasis in Leadership and Change from the School for International Training. She is currently working on her Ph.D. in Interactional Communication at Loughborough University in England. The focus of her dissertation is empathetic communication during childbirth. She has been an Assistant Professor of Communication Studies at a Southern California university for fifteen years.
