I’m an old soul in a young(ish) body, committed to helping emerging professionals identify, cultivate, and implement their individual intuition and flourish as leaders who guide thriving teams.

I have spent most of my life in leadership roles – from humble beginnings as the class line leader to university program chair, interim dean, and now creating corporate leadership training programs. Through this time, I have found for myself and helped others discover how to transition into new roles, how to be individually successful, how to work/lead efficiently, and how to thrive in the midst of job pressures. Essentially, how to feel more confident about who they were in the midst of what they were doing.

This recurring advisory dynamic has followed me throughout my professional career.

After a decade in higher education and the corporate sector – providing 1-on-1 mentoring to high achievers, leading small and large scale teams, assessing program and system efficacy, managing personnel, overseeing budgets – it dawned on me that this could be my work, this advisory role that I embody so regularly, this interaction that gives me joy and leaves me amped at the end of a long day.

That’s the short version of the long story that has led me to you.

I am so glad you’ve found Living & Leading. I am looking forward to getting to know you.
